was told that my car would be finished in 4 working days. took car in 12/26/17 and was finished ****/15/19. also final bill was over 40% more than estimate. I feel like some of the repair was not valid although i was told that it was. I fell like since insurance was paying for it that they were taken advantage of.

The car looks great but I am having issues with my backup camera and radio when I use the brakes. One scenario us when I use the brake pedal the backup comes on or the screen blinks rapidly. I am bringing the car back this afternoon to find out why it does this. I don't know if it is a programming issue or a connection issue. I did get the car back a day early which was great. Thank you.

My husband told them ahead of time that the indicator on the dashboard said the sensors wern’t working and the triangle lights on the side mirrors were staying on after the wreck. And they acknowledged that. They told us the car would be ready on Friday. They put it back together then called to say the sensors weren’t working and wanted to know if they were they like that before the wreck. My husband told them no, they were not broken before the wreck and he had told them that. So they had to order a part and we didn’t get our van until Monday evening. On Tuesday we got an email from our insurance company stating there had been an additional charge of $175.00.
