The repair appears to be an excellent job, haven't had a chance to completely check yet due to the hurricane. The best part of my experience was assistance given by Mrs Govern in guiding us thru the procedure and the email updates that we received daily on where the repair stood. Repairs were even completed a day early so that we could at least get the car home before the hurricane actually hit.
USAA chose an excellent partner.
