I thought the customer service was super friendly and helpful all the way around. And loved that I was constantly kept in the loop via text message about the completion of my repairs. Although, I did request to be emailed rather than texted, it seemed to work out just fine. The only thing I should've been more clear about communicating was that I was going to get a door-ding on my passenger side fixed (unrelated to the accident) while my car was there, but noticed that was left out. All is well as it is only a minor blemish that I would've needed to pay for myself, so I was pleased with everything. The vehicle looks good as new!
