Farmers insurance recommended this body shop for a claim. At first I was very **** due to having very bad experience with numerous body shops in the area but they assured me they were highly recommended. TBS surpassed all those bad thoughts, they were very attentive. I received updates via email, which I preferred. The receptionist was super sweet, and was very helpful with anything and everything I called for. What I appreciated the most about "The Body Shop", was that they were in continuous communication with me regarding the process of the repairs. I enjoyed seeing the pictures of my vehicle during the process, I received about 10 pictures. Then I would also receive texts advising me of the status and the expected date of completion on the repairs. This was an amazing experience, thank you so very much for making this a pleasant experience. Service Advisor Gary White was also very professional throughout the process and explained everything in a way that I could understand.
