Honestly I am shocked with the way in which my car was returned to me. I thought by taking it to a reputable place I would have my car completely returned in the same condition it was delivered with the exception of the hail damage. My Camaro did not have a scratch or dent on it, and now paint issues. Upon picking my car up, my car to me is a mess and was taken care of with disregard to taking pride in the end results. I have contacted Nathan and I will be returning my car this week. My fear is that it will take forever to fix or that it will be returned in worse or no better condition. Parts are missing and lights do not work, paint is scratched and used parts appear to be present on my car. UNEXCEPPTABLE! I will say that the staff is very pleasant

I was told that the repairs would take 9 days. In the end it took 26 days. I was out 478 of my own personal money due to the insurance on the rental car that I had to utilize.
