Very pleasant experience. Would recommend Bob **** to anyone that needs bodywork done. Enterprise Rental having an office on site was very helpful. Why would anyone go elsewhere?

It took longer than expected because a used bumper was ordered, and it was not acceptable. However, a new one was brought in from Lexus and it looks great.
Also, I did have prior damage to the bumper, and your initial agent said I would have to pay for half of the repair. I thought that it was unreasonable at the time. If it were not for the new damage I would not need to replace the bumper at all. As I understand a new agent took over the job and fought for me. I only paid for half of the bumper itself. Far more reasonable, because you had to take off the old bumper, paint, and put on the new one because of the new damage.

My vehicle was not fixed properly. The vehicle squeaks when I brake. It never did that before the front end crash. I was told that Bob **** could restore my vehicle to 100%. I was told incorrectly. I brought it back 3 times. And I was told after the 3rd time that it was nothing more they could do. Why do you give lifetime warranty if after **** week, you can’t honor brakes I purchase this vehicle from Bob **** and do all repairs thru Bob ****.
