Steve is extremely competent and very efficient in handling the repairs to my cars. Unfortunately, I have become a regular customer due to 2 deer and 3 car incidents over the past few years. When the latest incident took place, it was after hours and he happened to notice my name. He called me on a Saturday afternoon to ask me if I was OK and to set up the impending appointment on the following Monday. I really appreciated that extra effort on his part. If all companies were as dedicated and compassionate as he is, this country would be much better off.

The only negative thing was the gentleman behind the desk. When my car was done I went to pick it up and got an attitude from him. I was trying to help by bringing all the paperwork I had been given and I got a sarcastic response. I was thrown off guard and then he asked if I was having a bad day? I wasn't before I walked in. I wasn't until I walked in there. He told me he was a teaser and I told him that I came from an abusive father who teased. He was very quiet after that. The body work and the paint job are superb. The guy behind the desk not so much
