Wow. I had work that needed to be done on my Hyundai's bumper. Rob was awesome and when they had an issue with the paint adhering to the existing bumper, Rob put a brand new bumper on at no cost to me. I was flabbergasted. I have two parents who will now never go anywhere else and will sing Sunbeam's praises to all my friends and family. You guys are truly a class act. I picked up my car the ac was not working which was when I dropped it off . There was no mechanic to check why it was not working all of a sudden and not to mention my back tented window was all gouged up with wholes where it was swapped out . My rep was not there and I was basically told it was not the problem of the auto shop to take it to the dealer to provide if it was the repair shops fault . I was put out on a holiday weekend with 2 children with no ac in a car that was supposed to be returned to me the way I left it . I will never ever bring me car if if this happens again nor will I ever recommend this office to anyone .

Your front desk staff was rude, specifically the woman with black curly hair. The repair took longer than expected and I received zero communication from you guys, particularly when the car would be ready. I was told 2:00 pm, I showed up at 4:00 and the woman at the front desk noted above was "who told you that time"? Not surprisingly, the car wasn't ready because it failed QA that was supposed to occur that morning. And last, I left your shop around 5:00 on May 18 in the middle of a thunderstorm. I was not shown the work completed and when I took my car out for the first time on Friday, 5/20, it looks like the front right quarter panel that was just repaired got hit by another car with blue paint and my hood was slightly popped. I should have been shown the car while it was still on the shop floor to sign-off on the repair, particularly since there was other damage that I didn't have before I dropped off the car. I will not go back to you guys for any work and will make sure my family and friends avoid your shop as well.
