Jason was great. The notifications were good too
The lady at front desk seems a bit crass at first and short in the phone and agin when we came for the car. The notification told us car would be ready when we went there and greeted her saying our car should be ready she said "who told you that " almost dismissive . It was ready. She may have been under the weather or having a bad day.
One more thing the car was said to be ready at 4:45 . When I called at 2 pm to see if I ready to pick up earlier she said if no on called you it's not ready. So I asked what time do you close She said told us they close at 5:15 that is such a narrow window for pick up it a good thing I was off that day. LOL
Otherwise the service was good and my car looks great . Thank you

The repairs and level of service on my car was great. The only complaint is that the texting service is not accurate and therefore should not be used until it is accurate because it causes confusion with the customer.

I left there this afternoon and my tire went flat and ended up having a cut in it. I called you(sunbeam) at 5:15pm and the person that answered said sorry everyone went home already but you can call your insurance (geico) to come. Not to mention it took almost 4weeks to fix when it was supposed to take 11 days. At this point I guess we will see what happens on Monday when sunbeam reopens, but needless to say I'm am not satisfied.
