I was happy with initial work but then found my hood latch not properly closing so had to return to have that repaired. Communication on initial repair was good but no communication on hood latch repair except through my Geico rep. I would have been fine if it had just been repaired when I brought it back but no one offered to try to fix it, just ordered new part and then when my husband brought it back to get the new latch they said they could probably just fix it, but we opted to put on new part since it had already been ordered.

The lights in my bumper are not totally flush. There is a possible paint film on my windows that we not there when my car was dropped off. I contacted the shop and they asked me to bring my car back in to be inspected; which caused me an inconvenience.

The black piece that goes underneath the fender on the side where the fender was replaced came down while I was driving on J Turner Butler. I came by Sunbeam and was told I had hit something to make it come down when I had not. I came off I295 on to JTB and that is when the noise started because the piece had come loose and was scraping the ground I was told Sunbeam couldn't fix it so I took it by my mechanic who did. It was also observed while I was at my mechanics that the two sides where Sunbeam replaced the fender did not come together evenly. This perhaps may have caused the black piece to loosen and come down. The screws, I observed, holding the black piece under the fender were loose when I looked at having stopped to see what was causing the noise I heard while driving. I have called Sunbeam several times since I first brought it there because of the problem, but have not been able to connect with their manager.
