Sarah and Jesse were awesome and kind. Actually called back when they said they would. I didn't make a single call. It was nice to be treated so nicely especially after having an accident.
Raul at enterprise got me a vehicle right away, though they didn't have a 4 door sedan, he got me something for the day (a big SUV, it was really nice). He called me when he got a smaller car in and had one of his techs drive it to my house and switch cars. I didn't have to go back in. Then the tech that came helped me move my carseat into the small vehicle and he too was very nice.
Thank you 3 for making this process so easy and thanks your staff for being so nice and getting my car fixed so quickly.
