Overall I was satisfied with the service. I appreciated the regular updates on the progress of the work and the repairs were completed in a timely manner. What I thought was odd was that at the time I went to pick up my Vehicle I was expecting an explanation and walk through of the repairs. I was given a copy of the repairs and informed of the warranty. I walked around the Vehicle and looked at the repairs and left. Nobody asked me if I had any questions. I wanted to ask if they had looked at the passenger airbag sensor because it wasn't working after the accident, at the time I dropped off the car they said they'd look at it. It still isn't working. I haven't had time to call the repair center for a follow up.

I had a damaged sealed beam on the other side of the damage that I say was caused by the impact and was not repaired. Must have my lights working so made appointment with my dealer. They even say that it was from a impact. Not happy to have fixed by myself. Should have been covered.. your collision man used the excuse that it was a recall by my care manufacturer. It was not.

The whole process from start to finish was easy and as hassle free as a collision repair can be. My service advisor was very polite, helpful and professional. Repair took 7 days from start to finish which was much quicker than original estimate. The car turned out very nice and was pleased to know that all parts were replaced with original OEM. I know I can not prove it, I brought in a well running car and it was not the same when I picked it up. I could not even make it to my house, I had to be towed. Somehow my alternator went out though it was not giving me any problems nor warnings. Also now hte car pulls to the right. So not happy.

The damage to the alignment was not corrected after the accident that chapman was commissioned to repair. I do not believe, nor are there any repair notes to indicate, that any assessment or repair of the front passenger side suspension or alignment was conducted.
