Hello. The only complaint I have is that once I saw my car in better lighting, I realized that the additional repair work I requested wasn’t done. (I needed the driver side door worked on and realized later that it was never buffed; that was extremely disappointing. No one updated me to say that there wasn’t time to do it, or whatever the issue was). That being said, the major repair that I did pay for, was excellent! The passenger side repair and paint job look amazing and the customer service was outstanding overall; that’s a rare commodity theses days.

There are chemical fumes in my car. The fumes actually made me sick driving the car home. I have been driving with the windows partially open and leaving them that way while parked during the daytime.
