Really the best car repair experience I have ever had. The staff were very helpful at every point, even letting me drop off my car rental at their shop so I can go on my way! And the waiting room was nicely appointed too- drinks, treats and even toys for the little ones- really thoughtful details. Only wish every car shop was like this place!!

We think your service was excellent. The only comment is about the contact person. You kept contacting the primary person listed on insurance, but that person was unavailable to contact your service. The person who dripped off and picked up had to get messages relayed to them from the primary insurance contact. The person who was doing the drop off/pick up even requested that they be the point of contact, but that did not happen.

Jennifer Sappington made my experience at the shop worryless from the minute my daughter and I walked through the door. She took the time to explain about the process to fix our car and she texted me every step in the process. I was so happy to get the car back so quick and it looked brand new.
