Magnificent job! Can’t even tell the car was ever in a wreck. Ty!!!

They did an excellent job my vehicle looks brand new again. I would recommend them to my 101 year old Mother and trust that they would take care of her.

Repairs look great, however communication was severely lacking. Was told 4 different dates my car would be ready (one of which was communicated twice with a different date between). Did not find out that the “current” estimated date was off track until I called myself to confirm either the day before or the day of estimated completion. Updates were vague at best, unless I was talking to Avery directly. Had to continually follow up to make sure that insurance had what they needed to extend rental (went outside of current approved window multiple times).
