Joe Hudson’s Collision Center provided excellent service. I took my vehicle there for repairs at the direction of the insurance company for the at-fault driver in a collision where I was rear-ended. Throughout the process the people at Joe Hudson were polite, professional, and extremely helpful. I was notified regularly as the status of repairs progressed, and the repairs were completed in a timely manner. I would certainly use them for repairs in the future.

Never received a phone until today (March13th) that the vehicle was ready. Receptionist who called on the 13th stated that she called and left a message on the 11th. I stated that no phone call or message was received on the 11th. She argued with me and was very short with me. Very poor customer service.
