I do NOT have my car. Yesterday someone called and said it was ready. He said that Car Guys was waiting for Progressive to okay the final payment. He said he would call me and let me know when I could pick up my car. He has not called. Again, I do NOT have my car. I still have the rental. I truly hope you still have my car and that I will not be charged for the two extra days for the rental since you are closed Saturday and Sunday. Do you really want me to fill out this survey??

I received a call today that my rental car was overdue......I brought it back on Friday after work and was told I could go
home that they Hertz would pick it up. They assured me that this was routine, and even said sometimes it takes a couple
of days for them to come. I was concerned, and they said oh don't worry we keep the cars locked up at night behind a
fence. Needless to say this was upsetting. I talked to Hertz and they said it would be straightened out. I complained to
Tim or Jim from the 18th ave. Car Guys because he was filling in. I also filled out your form that you E-mailed, don't know
why it didn't get to you. I hope someone calls me with an apology as I feel I have been getting a run-around. My
insurance company told me to call you guys. I will let them know how unhappy I am. My experience was not very good

I expected my car to be repaired well enough to look as it did before the damage occurred. However, even though the quarter panel appears fine, the bumper is still a little dented and, therefore, misaligned which detracts from the overall appearance of the car. This was not mentioned to me when I picked up my car on Wednesday, January 4, 2017. After noticing this issue in bright sunlight I brought the car back on Friday, January 6, 2017. At that time, I was told that they were unable to get the bumper to return to normal and the only way to make it appear normal was to do some additional repairs. Why wasn't I told this during the week long repair process and given to opportunity to discuss options? I am not pleased or impressed with my experience at The Car Guys. After paying almost 700 (on top of the expense of a rental car for a week) my 2016 Mazda with less than 4,000 miles still doesn't look like it should.
