The whole team was great from the moment I called. They gave me good advice on how to approach filing a claim and warned me about the other guy’s insurance company, which probably saved me a major headache. Dave was particularly great in being personable, friendly and amazing at communicating. He checked in every couple days for the entirety of the process and made me feel like a priority. Hands down the best customer service I’ve experienced anywhere, not just with repairs, in a long time. I’ll be strongly recommending to anyone in need of repairs.
