Mark kept me completely in the loop and informed. His primary focus was that my car could be safely repaired and completely crash worthy after the repair. I even dropped by unannounced one day just to see how it was going. He took time out to explain what was happening that day and introduce me to one of the technicians working on my car. I have nothing but the highest praise for Mark and his team.
