I found the online estimate tool to be simple and easy to use. After sending in my truck information along with pictures of the damage, I was contacted by Roxy asking if I could bring my truck in for a closer look to get an accurate estimate. I told them I worked out of town and they were accommodating with my schedule. Once I arrived a few days later I met and talked with**** and he actually gave me information on how I could fix it myself, which I respect because it showed me they were not out to squeeze a dime out of me. After communicating I was not comfortable or confident in my ability to fix it myself but also sharing I have a hectic work schedule they were kind enough to squeeze me in their hectic schedule to fix my bed rails.

Dennis was wonderful and his crew were equally so. Coordination of repair was timely, assistance with vehicle delivery to and from my place of business—seamless. Of note was that this service was rendered during a pandemic. Relative to this fact, that makes the above service doubly impressive. They went above and beyond for sanitation and both inspection of the vehicle and return after repair.
The most impressive element by far was the humanitarian hospitality and support of my husband and me in this time. We are healthcare workers in both clinic and hospital settings here in Waco. Dennis went to great lengths to help us procure much needed PPE. His kindness and concern were humbling and the serendipitous crossing of our paths reminded me of the good that can come out of a community in times of crisis.
