The staff did a great job. The car looks grest. The process was easy. It never occurred to me that I would need to clean out my trunk for an external repair and was surprised to find contents of my trunk packed into my back seat upon retrieval. I was also surprised that I had to scrape frost off the inside of my windshield before I could safely drive it or leave the lot when my car was brought back to me. Overall it was a great experience, just a couple of things that took me by surprise.
