I wasn't happy with the fact that damage was done to the rear of my car that messed up the front passenger door lock and it wasn't repaired. While I was inconvenienced by not having my own car, once I picked up my car I still had to deal with the damaged, squealing door lock. It's ridiculous that anyone would say being hit in the rear of the car wouldn't cause problems elsewhere in the car. It caused damage to my door lock. The staff was polite, however, especially Vickie and Joe.
