There are three small areas where the paint job wasnt done at the level you would expect for a tesla repair

Your outfit is very professional. You completed the repair work earlier than anticipated, which was highly appreciated given the Memorial Day Weekend. I also very much appreciated getting a ride home after dropping off my car and then having my car delivered to me. The repair work was perfect. Thank you!

Thank you for taking pride in your work. It may have taken a little longer than anticipated to complete the job, however I’d rather have you keep my vehicle longer and get right than for me to have to arrange a second trip. You went to bat on my behalf with the insurance company in order for them to pay for a new ome rated bumper, because you knew that I wouldn’t be happy with the outcome of the paint job on the inferior bumper. This delayed the process, but I appreciate that you wanted in the end, a repair that was acceptable to you so that it would acceptable to me. The same is true for repainting a fender and standing by your life time Warrenty and repainting it as many times as it took until the paint matched. Your customer service matched or exceeded your skills needed to produce a high quality repair. Thank you for thinking to have my vehicle brought closer to me. That was a very nice unexpected surprise. Sometimes the only thing you have to offer over your competitors is better customer service. Thank you for thinking about me and how you could extend a curtesy to me before it even occurred to me to ask for assistance.
