This is the first body shop I've been to that looked so tidy and organized with an office where GEICO and Enterprise had a station. Everything was so convenient. 80% satisfied. They delayed 2 days based on estimated time and didn't call me until I made a couple of phone calls. Even though I found a defect and they fixed it right away, still i had to make a special trip and also paid extra 2 days for a rental car.
