The repair was good. But the overall experience wasn't due to the rental. The rental to me was miscommunciated. I have my my sister as a first hand witness. It was unfair and I'm the one that go blamed in the end because the salesman of the rental department left out details. I was charged unfairly because of the salesmans' wrong information.

Completed repairs appear to have been completed with the highest quality possible. However, updates I received by e-mail turned out to be worthless & misleading. A few days before the job was to be completed I received an e-nail informing me that my vehicle would be available as planned. I received no notification that my vehicle would not be available on the promised date. Also, no call the following day. I called Kerri to determine the status - I was informed it would be completed in **** hour as it only needed to be cleaned up. After waiting for a call I called again several hours for status. I got exactly the same status as earlier. As can be imagined, I became upset with the bad news. During that conversation I was informed it would be ready in 15 minutes. While the workmanship appears great, customer service rates a fail based on my troubling experience. Tom Emmerson
