They just painted over a scratch and the bumper is not brand new they bought the bumper for 50 dollars and charged 500.

I forgot to tell you about the scratches on the back bumper. It needs to be painted. The top of my hood is dented. Can you pull out the dent. All insurance cost. Please submit request to insurance. You guys are still my number one choice.
