Chris and his office staff are very friendly and caring. I am a repeat customer and always satisfied with the body work performed at Zamora. However, this time there were paint stains on the passenger seat and steering wheel.

Any aggravations regarding the repair of my car had to do with dealings with Enterprise Rental Cars:
- The car was dirty and needed service (according to dashboard alerts)
- the service seemed disorganized (I was left at your facility and was not taken to Enterprise until one of your employees noticed that I was continuing to wait), the reserved car was not available at the pick-up facility and the wait time at the Enterprise location was long)
I realize that these issues are only tangentially related to Zamora's, but if there is a way to pass this information on to Enterprise I would appreciate it.
