Thought staff was great. From those at the front desk to my particular person who walked me through the specifics. Felt I knew everything that was possible to know before the repair. And all went just like I was told to expect.

No one ever wants to be involved in an accident but my experience with Chris at Zamora was completely painless. From the minute I arrived to the office to discuss an estimate I was treated with complete professionalism and kindness. I was unable to leave my car right away but Chris was very concerned about my safety driving the car due to not having a side view mirror. He was kind enough to fix it temporarily so that I could drive it safely. Impressive!!! One of the parts needed was back ordered so the rental I was paying out of pocket for went from 2 days to 4 days. Chris was kind enough to absorb two days worth of rental. I really appreciate all his help and kindnesses! I absolutely will recommend your shop for the personal care and the impecible quality of the work done on my car!

Right rear mirror was damaged and later repaired. Left front windshield wiper is malfunctioning. The work contracted to be completed was exceptional and in keeping with my high opinion of Zamora. The two non related contract items are puzzling.

I went during lunch so there was only one person up front to help with the customers. I had to leave my rental keys there as there wasnt a rep from Enterprise. It would also be helpful if the customer is able to walk around their car with someone to go over what was done and if there were any questions either from Zamora or the customer.
