String of delays, from Tuesday at 5:30 P.M. to Thursday at 5:30 P.M. to Friday at 5:30 P.M. I got the car, finally, after 8 P.M. on Friday. This is hard to reconcile with three consecutive promises. No reason that it could not be done on Thursday at the appointed time.

Overall, I was satisfied with the customer service, and management team. I do have a few comments. When I came to pick up my SUV we performed a post damage inspection. We found a couple things that should have been detected prior to me picking up the vehicle. The items are listed: ****. Trim on the front quarter panel trim had some bondo on the plastic. Passenger side front seat was stained. License plate holder was not installed. When driving over a slightly rough road there is a rattling sound coming from the A pillar or an loose item behind the quarter. In hindsight a road test should have been performed.
