****. I was told that my car would be ready no later than the 27th. I didn’t receive a call to inform me that it wouldn’t be ready. I have to call the following Monday March 4th to find out that it would be completed the next day. However. I did receive a call the next day to let me know it was done. Thank You .
2. According to my State Farm Claims Representive , by using the preferred service on their list I would received outstanding service. My car would be clean thoroughly when I got it back . It was don’t, it appeared as if they ran it throw the car wash and vacuumed the obvious areas. The car was no better than the day I dropped it off. The console wasn’t wiped down, trash was left in the car. That was not my idea of thoroughly cleaned. I think what it boils down to is there was no attention to details. I’ve brought my cars to you before. So I was surprised at the service I received this time. If ever I need you again, I will come back.
