Very professional! Everything when very smooth and easy. They jumped on it and completed the work in 3 days. The work done was exceptional and I am very satisfied. Angelina was very friendly, professional, and explained everything in a precise manner. The only thing I was sure that I was unaware of was the diagnostic fee I was charged. That came as a total shock, and I felt emerald had no empathy to say, I’m sorry mr Vera, she was just waiting to collect fee. I’m almost certain peter didn’t tell that there was gonna be a fee. But made it very clear, he did tell. But I guess I had no choice but to pay it otherwise I wasn’t going to get my car
