The entire experience was amazing. No one wants to have to file a claim and have to use insurance and I was very upset. But it was hard to be upset when everything was handled so smoothly. After the 3rd attempt it might be fixed correctly I have not seen the car I will see it when I get home I knew that you used after market parts to boost profits and I understand that aspect But the part of sending it back to me saying it was finished was what Pissed me off and I know the thought was maybe they will be ok with it . But having to bring it back a 3rd time was enough to get it RIGHT!!!
