It was a first class job. Martin Hopelian was very helpful and professional. Collision Works is a very clean and organized atmosphere. I took my truck for a small dent and had some extra work done. I feel the price was fair. I would definitely recommend Collision Works to anyone and got some business cards if anyone asks me. Good job Collision Works and the staff.

I got a text 3/29 saying that my car would take 14 days to repair. 3/30 I got a text saying this is confirmation that you have picked up your car. I immediately text back that I hadn’t and I called the shop but you had already closed. I hope that this is a mix up and my car is still there.

He listened to understand what our hope for the outcome was and demonstrated that he was invested in making that happen, seeing our job through to that end. Additionally, Megan was professional and customer focused which topped off our positive experience with Collision Works. We had work completed by CW shortly after this branch opened; and, while those repairs were quality, our most recent experience with staff was heads and tails above then.
