There are parts missing such as mud flap, I was promised but now ignored. My E brake broke in the accident and I mentioned it several times it was not fixed. I have gotten this email several times and didn’t want to answer because I was raised to not say anything if you don’t have anything good to say, but you kept sending for a response.

Really appreciate your Front Desk Lady (forgot her name) for all the hard work she does. She helped keep me with all of the scheduling, pick-up, and return of my Enterprise Rental Car. Also one of the guys who does the inspections did a great job explaining what was done to my vehicle when I had questions about the final statement breakdown.

While the door was fixed. I am disappointed that my car was not thoroughly cleaned nor washed. In addition, my Tesla emblem was chipped during the washing process I guess. Also, a cloudy film was left on windows, so I had to get them recleaned. The gentleman who checked me out was great. Very patient. I felt like my car should have thoroughly clean and my windows should not have been cloudy.
