I was told that my car would be complete on 8/17/18 and received daily emails telling me it was "on track", 54%, "nearing completion. if we encounter delays, we'll call", etc. On the 17th I called to find out what time I could pick it up and was told they hadn't started working on it yet, parts were just arriving and the completion date was now 9/11/18 (6 weeks after it was dropped off). I complained and the date was changed to 8/28/18. I was told that they would call me with regular updates on the progress. I didn't hear anything until the afternoon of 8/28 telling me that they wanted to keep the car that night to get it cleaned up for me. When I arrived the afternoon of 8/29 I found the repairs to be very poor quality and had to ask someone from the body shop to come look at it (no one came out to look at the car with me). That person called Calyton Horrocks the body shop manager and he agreed that the work was bad. I had to ask why no one had looked at it prior to me coming to pick it up and why they would allow this type of work in their shop, he didn't have an answer. But assured me that they would fix it and wanted me to be happy. ITS TOO LATE FOR THAT. He is supposed to be reordering parts and getting them ready to install before I get there. This repair has been poorly managed, the work was terrible and communication was awful. I hope that you will do something to at least fix the poor work on my car quickly. Neil B

They had our car for over a month, than returned it with scratches and parts that didn’t fit properly. We had to take it back a week later to have it fixed like it should have been when they released it to us the first time. Not satisfied at all. Had to pay 300 dollars for a rental car because they took too long to fix it and maxed out our insurance for a rental car(and our car wasn’t even completely fixed at the end of the time). Will not take my car here, ever again.
