I picked up my car last night and paid my deductible. I have now noticed that there is a significant scratch on the hood, on the same side they replaced the mirror. I am assuming that they set something on the hood when they were replacing my mirror and something scratched the hood some how. Based on my experience with your business this past month, I have little faith that the damage will be owned up to and that it will get fixed.
