Every detail with my car that needed to be fixed was fixed and in a matter of time that was incredible I love the way everyone from the customer service was friendly and really cared for what was going on with my vehicle or if I was attended the couple of times I went in to McCarthy. They helped me right away and got the job done fast but in an effective matter thanks a lot McCarthy group it was great working with you.

From the moment we walked in the door everyone was friendly and professional. Even the other customers in the waiting area seemed to be friendly and not irritated or impatient. Got home and in the sunlight found some scratches on trunk lid; and passenger rear door. They were not there when I took the car in. Also, some dull marks on the hood - looks as if something was laid across the hood.
Jeff was super but even when I picked up the car,there were marks or glue on the edge of the hood. He took care of that immediately.
