The car looks great and Tim was very helpful. Just felt like communication was a little weak, and texts regarding car's "doneness" we're not always on point. I want to stress that we would bring a car back for collision repair if needed, but the question was if we were "completely satisfied"; and regarding communication, we were not.

Tail pipe gasket was removed from the inside of vehicle and not returned. There were grease stains on the door panel and handle , there was a yellow grease rag left in the vehicle , the front bumper is not straight and the rear bumper does not fit together tightly. Some what disappointed for 1000 dollar job. Jeff sanders is an all right guy though.

Over the phone, I was told there would be a loaner vehicle I could use during the repair. When I arrived for the repair I was told this wasn't true.
My keys were locked in my car when I called 30 min prior to inform them I would pickup. It took an hour and 15 minutes for the Collision Manager to arrive to say "Just take the loaner".
The rear bumper/quarter panel is still loose.

On the bed, it's still not square. They say all Chevy beds are not square, which isn't corrrect. If u bolt it and re bolt and sham the bed it should straighten it out, but the employees seemed like they didn't want to donthat. Sincerely Lance S
