Only thing I didn’t really like is that my car was painted the day before pick up and you could still smell the paint very strong and I have 2 kids with asthma so we had to ride in the cold with Windows cracked.
I wish they would have aired the car out before I got it back.

The office staff was always very courteous. Your shop appeared quite clean which is a good sign. My vehicle repair looked great. My only concern is that now the car has a tendency to drift to the left which I have to counter with holding the steering wheel with right pressure.

I was very happy with everything except I noticed a large scrape on the top of the bumper after I left that I don't remember being there prior to the work which was done. The work itself was great and the car looks perfect in that regard. I'm just not happy about this new scrape. I can't say 100% that it occurred while at Schaefer but I am pretty atuned to my car and feel I would have seen that.
