The repair experience was excellent. The scheduling and wait experience to get the repair was frustrating and lengthy.

Great service! Had a rental for me. Even took it to get a safety, emissions test, oil change that I was desperately needing to get done. Even with doing that it was all done on time. Getting into a car accident is the most inconvenient thing to happen to your already crazy busy schedule. I was dreading it. But, they made it easy. Thank you!

Erik was kind enough to buff outa scratch totally unrelated to the accident prior to the repair. My only regret was that I didn’t tip the details crew who cleaned the car prior to pickup.

The whole experience was bad. You share private information with my ex-wife, change the date the car was ready so the rental was returned with an extra ****/2 tank of fuel, make me wait in the office for 10 minuets before anyone acknowledged me when I came to pick up my car . The whole experience was terrible. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
