The most bothering part is it kinda obvious they rushed to finish although I never rush them I constantly remind them to take there time. The main concern is you can see burnt wax on my car that they didn't remove after washing the car. They clean and made the side they worked nice but they left the residue of wax on the other side and it seems to be burnt in from sitting in the sun. I will now have to pay someone to people wax a car without damaging the paint. Next thing that bothered me is when I got home I noticed my radio didnt work when I tried turning it, they could have fixed that easily. Another thing that bothers me is they left my spare tire in the back out. Overall I think if they were patient the experience would be much better and leaving a big wax smear on my car is displeasing now that it's burnt in from the sun. I left my car there for over a month this shouldn't be a issue.

There were two different claims on the car. One for Farmers and one for Geico. When we went to pick up the car last Friday we saw that one of the dents on the Geico claim was not fixed (passenger door). We would like an update on when the dent will be fixed and we can pick up our car. Thanks.

TOLD SCHAEFER WHEN THEY CALLED THAT WE ARE A CONSTRUCTION COMPANY WITH HOURS OF 630 AM TO 3PM MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY. THEY KEPT TELLING ME IT WILL BE DONE BY 4 OR 5 PM ON THE DAY PROMISED. AGAIN TOLD THEM THAT WILL NOT WORK. THIS LEAD TO A HEATED ARGUMENT BETWEEN RECLAIM AND THE INSURANCE ADJUSTER LATE FRIDAY AFTERNOON. ALSO CAR WAS TOLD TO US THAT IT WAS DONE FRIDAY AFTERNOON, BUT WAS NOT AND ACTUALLY FINISHED BY **** PM THE FOLLOWING MONDAY.

I was very pleased to be able to drop off and pickup my van at the nearby Crestwood location even though the work was done at the O'Fallon IL location. All Schaefer staff with whom I spoke were always pleasant and eager to make sure I was well taken care of. And the van looks great! Like nothing ever happened!
