Schafer Auto Body went above and beyond. The customer service was outstanding. Everything was easy from the very beginning. They answered all of my questions. The communication was beyond impeccable. From text messages to let me know the status of my car, to Natalieat the front desk keeping in touch with me, I never had to wait to hear from anyone. They made the experience so easy and took care of everything for me. All I had to do was drop off my car and pick it up.
I had to pick up my car after hours, and when I arrived I saw, what looked like a brand new car! They fixed everything beautifully and cleaned the inside of my car perfectly! And believe me, it was a mess when I dropped it off. I would recommend anyone I know to Schafer Auto Body. What was a stressful situation, became stress free the minute I dropped my car off for repairs! Thank you for doing an outstanding job! Your office staff and Auto shop staff are absolutely awesome!

The repair to the car looks amazing and you guys couldn’t of done a better job on the dent repair, but I’m not sure exactly what happened during the detail or wash but there is scratches ALL OVER MY CAR NOW. Millions of just the tiniest scratches. Also there was like soap or something all over the top of my car and on the sides. You guys should probably check the brushes that you’re using on cars.
