Did have to follow through wirh a phone call to hear if part had been ordered and car could be dropped off. On realizing that the order was not properly made, I had to practice the virtue of patience & wait. Again not hearing about part status I called on Weds. morning and was told part was in & car could be dropped off. Great news b/c I like many, often take simple things for granted like a car door opening up properly. Door works great, & I was even extremely pleased with the appearance of the inside of the car. Nice and clean. A little Xtra bonus ???? thanks.
