The back wiper was installed upside down so I had to return to have it fixed. I would think this would be something they would double check before releasing the vehicle as they did replace the back window and wiper. Other than that I was completely happy, the communication was great and my vehicle was repaired correctly and in a timely fashion.

I dropped off my vehicle initially and was told 4 days later that they needed to order parts for it so I had to go back and get my truck and drive it for another week. Then when I did drop it off I got no updates from the collision center and only from the insurance company. When I called the day my truck was supposed to be done(according to the insurance company), I was told it was just being finished and that I would receive a call shortly to come get it. Over 3 hours later I had still heard nothing. I decided to go to the collision center in hopes that someone just forgot to call me, but only half the work was done and the only reason my truck was pulled in to be worked on was because I was there. If I had not shown up, it could have been several days longer, days past what the insurance company would cover. The lack of communication was very disappointing. I try to stay loyal to drivers village, as my family and I get our vehicles from there and get all service done there, but when incidents like this occur, it makes it extremely difficult not to take my business elsewhere.

When I picked up my vehicle the Cross Traffic Warning and Collision Warning indicators came on and indicated they were not functioning. I assumed it was a result of the vehicle being covered with snow. It has continued and this has never happened prior to having the vehicle in for collision repairs.

All the staff I dealt with professional, concise, bent over backwards to ensure everything was explained to me, kept me posted on the status, arranged for the shuttle to pick me right on time, and most of all - everyone was just nice and sincere.
