Service was above and beyond what I expected. My car was returned a week earlier than what was said. Truly happy with the customer service and how everything was explained to me on what was done!!!! Daniel was outstanding!!!! Will be recommending to everyone I know.

Carrillo and Sons is an amazing "model" of how every business should provide
their guests with customer/guest service. Everyone I met, provided "wow" service and went above and beyond. Ken is an asset to Carrillo and sons, as a manager and as a person. He took the time to listen to my concerns and frustrations about a big name auto body shop that did not fix my car correctly, in fact they did a horrible job! He was honest but in a professional way. I did not have the choice to bring my car to Carillo and Sons but I had heard excellent reviews from friends. I will be calling USAA and doing everything that I can to have Carrillo and Sons be added to the very top of their referral list. There are bubbles and chips in the paint. As well as it would have nice for those who did the work to clean up when finished. The inside was filled with a lot of dust.
