The front license plate was replace crooked initially but immediately fixed.

When i first picked up my truck after repair it was dark out. a few days later i went up to VT to drop off some furniture and antique carpets. When i arrived i opened up the tailgate and found the carpets soaked ? I never had water in the bed before. I took a look at the Tonneau cover and it was not reinstalled correctly.I also found the license plate light not flush with the bumper,the tow hitch plug was loose.Then when filling up the gas tank i saw two screws almost backed all the way out ! Needless to say i was not real happy about the fit and finish & had to return for you to look at Then i had to return for thrid time for repairs. Kamil was helpfull & the body repair part looks great.

I’ve been very happy with the work that was done on my Jeep. I want to thank Tom for working with me and helping me to decide what I needed to do! I was grateful that my insurance company and Tom worked together to make this happen. My car was glistening when I picked it up after the work was done!! It was absolutely spotless!!! Very professional and prompt service.

While my first impression was positive one or two days later I had to go back because the hood of my car wasn’t opening. I had to drive back to the body shop to have them to take a look at if. After a few minutes I was called in and told that the hood wasn’t latching be cause the two adjustable strikers were rotten and that I needed a new hood. I was perplexed at the explanation for two reasons: ****. The strikers weren’t rotten and 2. They are made out of aluminum and everybody knows that aluminum doesn’t rust or “rot”. Once i got back home I took a look at the hood. Realized that the strikers were adjustable and the real reason why they weren’t latching was they were not far enough to do that. After a few minutes I was able to adjust the strikers at the right distance and the hood is now latching very nicely. This is not the first time I am displeased with their service. My car was brought there only because my insurance. did that. It would have been up to me it wasn’t not going to happen. There was a time Oleander was all that. Ot anymore. Not sure what happened, but boy they are bad. I know that after writing this review, nobody will try to reach out to me trying to make it up to me for the trouble they caused for apparently no reason, but that’s ok. They must think we customers are all stupid and that we would believe anything they say. Shameful.
