We were told car would be ready In 5 days and it took 11. We were repeatedly given misleading dates as we inquired along the way. We did not have a rental car and it was extremely inconvenient to have to reschedule work appointments and get our kids to their activities and school on time. If 11 days would have been communicated upfront proper planning could have been made. Instead we incurred work interruptions for an additional week as well as scrambling to find transportation for school and activities with no chance to plan. The time just kept extending. We have had several vehicles in for work spanning many years and this has never happened. I will likely look elsewhere for service in the future.
