Areas were not fixed that was involved in the accident. I was told he could fix these areas so I did not get another estimate. I trusted Katz because I have worked with them before. My car is not new but it is in great condition and it is not the same as before the accident. I am very disappointed and unsatisfied.

mark was great. only problem, which was not his fault, is new text alert system. I recieved texts saying it was delayed but never knew why until I picked it up today. mark said he entered all the data but all i received was 'completion date moved from X to X. but again, mark was great.
