The dent in my hood is fixed, but there was also a few TINY nearby rust spots that i asked them to fix, and the representative said they would, that did not get fixed. I also had to clean the underside of my hood because there was white shavings/debris underneath. You can also clearly see where the paint job ends and begins. All of these concerns, are tiny, but piled up together they just made me unhappy. I’m unsure weather or not to call the work shop back or not, or if i’m just looking too deeply into the matter?

The pickup experience was a little weird. They couldn't find my car then realized it was still being washed. Then when it was brought around, no one told me it was ready (the guy at the desk knew I was waiting for it). I finally asked if my car was ready and he just handed me my keys and told me it was outside-zero customer service. No one took me out to show me the work that was done or anything. Not the greatest pickup experience. But the drop off went smoothly.
