I was told my car was fixed and ready to pick up but all the repairs were not done and now I have to wait for a part and come back to get the repairs finished. I was told my insurance wouldn't cover my rental for those days so I had to take my unfinished car home and come back again which is an inconvenience. The whole process from beginning to now had been stressful especially dealing with Geico and this process.

My air bag light was on when I got my car but I picked it up on a Saturday so there was nothing anyone could do. Very frustrating considering repairs took WEEKS and my air bags were never even deployed in my accident. Also, my car was returned on E, BEYOND Empty! And I know I didn't crash on Empty! I love dorschel and use you for EVERYTHING and pay an unnecessary amount of money to make sure things are done correctly. I think I've just been spoiled by you guys that this was incredibly disappointing!
